As Executive Vice President of Ageology
Schweet helped put his expertise to good use for this start up organization that is focused on the science of health, nutrition, fitness and hormones. Selling directly to Medical Doctors in small to medium sized practices that are geared to Age Management, Wellness, OGBYN, and Family Practice but focused on helping patients be proactive in their healthcare rather than reactive. Schweet was directly involved in raising and structuring funding, naming of company, acquiring the rights to domain name, the creation of logos, as well as choosing a development team in Vietnam to build an EMR (electronic medical records) software package.
As Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, he was responsible for sales and marketing of the TZA solutions. He focused on the trends and directions that drive the complex requirements of new and emerging business models within the supply chain industry. He helped transition this engineering company to a technology sales and marketing company while increasing sales and improving the close ratio. He worked with industry associations, partners, and customers to help develop joint marketing initiatives which help to establish TZA as one of the leading supply chain management providers in the warehouse distribution and transportation industry.
As VP of Sales for Factor, Schweet brought his leadership skills to this OKC based Software Company to the Petroleum Industry, in need of a turn around. By using his team building skills Schweet put together a National Sales Organization of 16 where there was none. He brings a customer centric belief and style that allowed him to turn around a very unhappy customer base to a satisfied and referenceable customer base. With Schweet's strategic vision he was able to help turn this $6 million company losing money to $17 million and very profitable company in just under three years. He increased new account sales by 30% per year and customer base sales by almost 40% per year. This was accomplished while keeping margins high and discounting to a minimum. With his persistence to managing the sales process he was able to condense an average 7 month sales cycle to just over 4 months.

As VP of Sales for Titan Corporation's e-Commerce Solutions group, Cayenta, Schweet was a dynamic leader who, with his fair, team building, no nonsense style, was able to orchestrate the Sales Operations, Development, Services, Insides Sales, and Field Sales departments to work together efficiently. Schweet brought his strategic vision and vast experience with analysis and team development, as well as his tenacious ability to close and negotiate even the most challenging of accounts. Schweet helped grow Cayenta from a $4 million Software and Services Company to $21 million in just over 3 years. By increasing services revenue 57%, software revenue 79%, maintenance revenue 35%, and increasing gross margin 76% while get the DSO in line. Schweet was relied upon to review other Titan division and teach them his sales process.

For most of the nineties, Schweet worked at DataWorks Corporation, helping them grow from $6 million to $150M Software Development Company specializing in Mid-Market ERP and related applications. Schweet was known for always backing his team, his detail to the bottom line, forecast accuracy, customer satisfaction, and his ability to manage sales cycles. As Regional VP, Schweet created and ran the top region in the country consistently by making sure his team followed his unique sales process which produced an 82% close rate.

Having held various Management positions, Schweet is very familiar with market trends, and doesn't lose his nerve down in the trenches. As an Executive, he believes in hiring the right people and allowing his employees to excel with his help and direction.
