About kimberly
Dr. Kimberly McClain works internal communications for Accenture Federal Services and is the Accenture National Military Interest Group Co-Lead. She is is a career United States Air Force Reserve Officer assigned to the Pentagon.
Prior to joining Accenture, Dr. McClain was a Training Consultant at Sonic Industries. At Sonic Industries, she was responsible for addressing a variety of business and training development issues for corporate franchisees in the southeastern and eastern United States. Before working at the Sonic Industries, she worked on domestic and international risk management operations, as well as, integration/acquisition teams for Capital One Financial Services.
Dr. McClain currently lives in MD where she strives to balance the daily responsibilities of family, U.S. Air Force Reserve and Accenture careers, community service, and church. She is married with four children.
Dr. McClain received her BA in Psychology from the University of Texas, her MS Human Relations and International Business from Amberton University, and her PhD from Northcentral Arizona University.
