About Pamela

I grew up as a military dependent. As a young adult, I watched my father transition to the private sector, which was not easy. Since then, I have interviewed and hired many veterans during my career in Human Resources. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Strategic Management. I hold Senior Professional HR designations SHRM -SCP and SPHR. I am also a Six Sigma Greenbelt and Change Facilitator. I have worked in several industries, however most of my HR career has been in health care and health insurance.
