After spending the first 10 years of my career working on Wall Street and investment management I started up an executive search firm focusing on the financial community, specifically building international sales and trading teams in the US, Eastern Europe, Asia, and Latin and South America.

In 2005, after almost 20 years in search I decided that the combination of understanding what companies look for when hiring and what potential candidates need to do to improve the way they communicate their value was an excellent basis for developing a coaching practice. My work with entrepreneurs, small businesses, and career professionals focuses on helping them understand, communicate, and leverage the unique value they provide so they can differentiate themselves from their competitors.
