About Pat
Pat combines more than 17 years of account management and recruiting experience, an MBA, and real-life experience with executive expertise in the staffing industry. Pat began his career as a manager in a hotel where he learned management and customer service skills. With limited knowledge of the industry, he moved to an international company in a Technical Recruiter role and started learning as much as possible about recruiting and information technology. Using his prior customer service and management experience, Pat quickly became a trainer for new recruiters in the U. S. When the company merged and moved operations to Canada, he transitioned to a national staffing firm where he remained for over 14 years. During that time, Pat won the prestigious Recruiter of the Year Award multiple times, as well as the Account Manager Excellence Award. After completing his MBA, Pat was ready to take his career to the next level and became the Chief Operating Officer of a recruitment and staffing firm focused on health information management and health information technology professionals. Pat is now using his experience and expertise in customer service, staffing, recruiting, vision, management, business growth, information technology, health information management, and operations management at 12 Stones Staffing & Consulting. Pat’s ultimate goal is building long-term relationships with those he serves and connecting the right candidate to the right client. Pat has been married for 19 years and has 4 children.
