I am working on my very long and unwieldy Federal resume. Additionally, I have shorter 1 and 2 page civilian resumes. I am looking at contractor work as well as consulting and finance firms. For Federal contracting (Booz, Northrop, SAIC, etc.) should I use a long Federal one, for use on USAJobs, or a shorter civilian type version?
