It is high time that a fellow veteran gets credit for creating a groundbreaking app or software/hardware programming/engineering invention. My question is can anybody help find out if I can DIY program smartphone cameras and make them do more than what they have been doing for a decade? Two of my app ideas is contingent upon figuring that out. I'd like to be the Lt.
