My option is that most employers are looking for a WOW factor and sometimes where the degree is from may provide the initial wow, it is rarely enough to land the job. The best WOW factor comes from you relating your experience, your confidence and determination, into something that an employer values. An education from SCPS combined with confidence and determination that comes from experience is what I believe most employers are looking. As for whether a degree will help land a job, I believe in a many cases it is the price of admission for opportunities. Your last question depends on the university and degree program though it is work experience, and it should be a source of great pride and honor and confidence. Thanks for your service and good luck !
