While there are some great organizations out there who help coordinate Skill Bridge fellowships/internships, you can also do it on your own. Find a company you might like to work at and start networking there. Figure out how you might be a helpful resource for their team, then set up your own fellowship. You'll need to navigate whatever paperwork is necessary for your command. There don't have to be "Skill Bridge opportunities" listed; you can make your own opportunities! What a great program!
