Hello
I was wondering if anyone had thoughts or experiences about what it is like working for KBR?

Hello Amber:
This is Joe and I hope this finds you well. Thanks for the response about working for KBR. I tried to response sooner but had some connectivity issues. If I may, I have a scheduled "face to face" interview with KBR in Houston on Monday, 18 Mar 2019 for a Program Manager position.
I was wondering if you could explain or maybe link me up with someone who can describe what their culture is like? I was curious to also receive some feedback what happens with employees when a contract they have expires? Are you able to help me understand how they support growth and development of their personnel? Another question is do you have feedback on what their benefits are like?
Again thank you so much for your response and sorry for responding back to you late. BTW I see you are in Ak. If so, how are you liking AK? I truly loved Ak and hope to go back some day.
Joe
Hi Joseph,
Thank you for your service. I'm currently a mentor in the ACP program. I initially worked for KBR on a DOD contract in Iraq back in 2005/2006. Halliburton ended up taking over the contract ultimately but I still know a few people working for KBR in the Houston, TX area. I thought they were a good company to work for overall. I think it just depends on the type of job and even more so who you work for as it is for most companies. A friend that I met in Iraq ended up getting a job with KBR in Houston as a recruiter and is still with them I believe. She seems happy. I hope this helps but I'm happy to answer further questions.
Kind Regards,
Amber
