Going through a technical recruiting company (Volt Technical Solutions, etc) will probably be your best bet. They get a bunch of jobs headed their way, and your recruiter can help direct the jobs with remote options your way.
Give a look at bigrivercom.com This is a VOIP provider for 2nd and 3rd tier Cable TV ops.. I would guess the MO based jobs could be done remote. This is a good market that is not covered well by the Cisco's of the world. Also look at iheartmedia.jobs....IT is big for this broadcaster that has 100's of sites.

I would say that today there is no company in the technology space that does not have jobs that can done remotely from home. It may not always be 5 days a week, but certainly some of the time.
