Hi Donald,
Which school is your 4.0 at? Are you trying to get scholarships at a new school based on your 4.0 at another school?
On a more practical note, if you are getting a 4.0, you should probably consider a transfer to a better university. A lot of places like Harvard, George Washington, Baylor, etc, provide full rides based off need, which is basically everyone who lived on a military pay check. And with a 4.0, a transfer isn't that hard.
Hi Donald - many campuses have Veterans Affairs offices on campus. See University of Texas at El Paso's website for some useful links: http://academics.utep.edu/Default.aspx?tabid=10958
Hi Donald, a couple thoughts. 1. If you are currently enrolled, I would think that your college's financial aid office would have some good input. In fact, your college may have some scholarship information based on your GPA alone. 2. I just did a quick web search on Bing for veterans and college scholarships. A number of websites came up. collegescholarships.org looked pretty good - they have a section for veterans related scholarships. I hope this helps.
