I have been is several senior positions and will graduate this May with the Business Adminstration degree but I have found it hard to pinpoint exactly what type of jobs (outside federal service) that I should be applying for.

Try schools and retail compainies you may work as an administrator for a school or a retail company there are many out there to choice from. For your degree there are many ways to go. What specialized skills do you have? HR, Accounting, Risk Management.... Choose your two strongest skills and develop those maybe take extra classes that focus on those areas so you can "speak to" those skills in interviews.
