If not oriented toward IT/cyber sec (which are a good way to go), there are online security degree available. APUS, which I had issues with as an adjunct, has a couple of options.
Counter Terrorism Studies - (AA)
CounterIntelligence - (Grad Cert, Undergrad Cert)
Counterintelligence Tradecraft - (Graduate Learning Track)
Criminal Justice - (AA, BA, BS, MA, Grad Cert, Undergraduate Learning Track)
Cybercrime - (Grad Cert)
Cybercrime Essentials - (Undergrad Cert)
Cybersecurity - (Undergrad Cert)
Digital Forensics - (Grad Cert, Undergrad Cert)
Homeland Security - (BA, MA, Grad Cert, Undergrad Cert)

Cyber security is a big and growing industry, learning computer science with a focus on security would likely be a good way to go. Computer science also gives you some options should you decide to focus on something other than anti-terrorism.

Cyber security is huge both in private and public sector.
