Is there anyone with an editing/publishing background willing to critique my work or provide tips?

Veteran

Mychal Anthony Thomas Plano , TX

I am currently tasked out to publish my unit’s monthly newsletter and I am finding myself more and more interested in taking it to the next level. In the mean time, I would like to polish my skills. Any feedback or tips are greatly appreciated.

I was on vacation, so just saw this. I have lots of experience with editing, especially newsletters. If you let me know the areas you're particularly interested in, I'll send you some useful links -- graphic design, layout, writing tips, etc.

Mychal, I am not a paid editor but I think I do a pretty fair job and would be happy to review your newsletter. My home email is buckmeisterb@gmail.com. Feel free to send it to me and let me know your time constraints.
