James, yes, you are eligible to receive assistance on this website (ACP AdvisorNet). If you are referring to ACP's Mentoring Program (https://www.acp-usa.org), that is only open to post 9/11-veterans.

The Articles section contains more detailed essays for you to read, on various career topics.
