Hello,
I am seeking networking opportunities with DHL employees to better understand the company and how to connect with this global company in the greater Phoenix area.
Thank you,

Jean Paul,
First you may want to reach out and conduct some Information Interviews with DHL. The primary goal of Information Interviews is to speak with a fellow logistical manager about their career and learn about the civilian side of the logistics industry. In reviewing your LinkedIn profile, you need to de-militarize your profile, first a limited duty officer to a civilian will read in a negative context. Spend you time on the profile in matching what civilian logistics companies want to see in logistical managers, using their terminology and their metrics. Give them accomplishments with #$%. The example on the USS New York, was a good example of what the entire profile needs to be. This way, after an Information Interview you will have a profile that represents what they used to seeing in people seeking careers. I would also look at obtaining an ACP mentor to assist you in preparing for civilian job searching. Thank you for your service. God Bless Here a couple of articles and an example of a profile geared towards accomplishments.
