One thought - get in contact with your state's Wildlife Division or federal division and seek input from them.

Hi Chris, I was also a biology major and eventually worked my way into industry in the environmental, health and safety field. I find this work extremely rewarding and challenging. College/career path is really dependent on what you think you would like to do. If you want to work with animals, perhaps a park ranger/wildlife ranger, research biologist, vet tech, etc.. might be of interest. Perhaps some more information about what your passions are for your career will help guide you along to a better decision.
