I am currently studying for the Security+ and will like to gather information on the skills that are attractive and if someone knows or is a hiring manager, what questions do you ask for an entry level security analyst or Junior network engineer?
As of right now I am setting up my own virtual network

Hi Gregory,
I would suggest looking at this article by Comparitech about finding your first job in cybersecurity (linked below). It highlights common cybersecurity jobs, how to get into the industry, possible scholarships for further cyber education, and networking within the industry.

Best of luck!

Join IEEE or ACM (you get an Associate's Membership for which you pay) and most definitely join Linkedin (which is a free website).
Hi Gregory,
I'm not the best in the Cyber industry, but I can say finding jobs is similar in most industries. You need to meet people.
I would suggest finding a local Toastmasters, Chambers group, Cyber group, etc and join as many as you can. Meet people and try to help them. You will eventually find the right person and they may be able to connect you to the right opportunity.
I hope this helps.
Warm regards,
Jerry
