I am a molecular biologist with a career gap due to family reasons. I am actively involved in Community Health awareness programs. What resources can I explore to pursue my career again?

How do I translate my current volunteer involvement into work experience on my resume?

Two options come to mind, (1) programs for veterans at pharma companies, and (2) foundations like the Bill and Melinda gates foundation that are doing a lot of great work in community health. Good luck!
