I want to be in the corporate banking/finance industry but do not have a background there. What is the best way to break into this industry?

Finance is a very broad area. I suggest first narrowing down areas of interest (which my be driven by practical realities): personal banking or finances, corporate finance which could be commercial banking, investment banking or working inside of a company in planning or treasury, etc. If you plan to go back to school, the absolute best way is through internships and recruiting by companies on campus through the business school. Most larger businesses that have training programs recruit on campus. If you already have the educational background, need to know more about your work experience to be helpfulHappy to discuss if you want to have a call.
