Where can I find these programs?
Who should I contact to find out more?
I need to relocate and find opportunities that will offer these things with little to no requirements; the best scenario would be programs that have very easy tests or none at all, with a focus on getting veterans back on their feet, employed for a long-term, which will include the American dream job or progress toward it, I love to travel and would desire a job that would let me travel all over the country, but also work in the office, and preferably be in the gaming industry, while earning a quality of life salary. In my spare time, I would be able to travel in the USA, and possibly other countries, by plane, and travel/visit by sprinter/cargo van/ other vehicles.

Hi John,
Most companies actively seek out and hire qualified veterans because they recognize the value (maturity, leadership and followership experience etc.) that veterans bring to their organizations.
Having said that, companies make professional or skilled talent hiring decisions based on specific business needs and the compensation and benefits are aligned with level of the level of responsibility and value proposition that the new hire brings to the organization. The more value that you bring, the more you can expect in compensation and benefits.
Some companies also have trainee or entry-level learning positions where they will offer to train you in the role that meets their business need. These types of roles provide less value initially and actually require a significant investment from the company (in time, resources, mentorship, training, lower initial productivity) and so they may have a signing bonus and some incentives but it’s doubtful that these programs would provide “relocation, housing, and a large sign-on bonus all with little to no requirements”
Companies hire employees to solve problems and provide value.
The key to a successful career is to find the alignment between what you like to do, the skills you have, the skills you can develop and a specific business need in a company where you share their values and can get behind their mission.

Hi John,
Those all sound really nice! I recommend you start creating a list of companies that you are interested in working for. From there, you can look on glassdoor and see what the benefits look like. I also recommend thinking about what you can offer to set yourself from other candidates.
Best,
Katie
Thank you for your input Katie; I found this helpful. (details below)
-start creating a list of companies that you are interested in working for. - check
-look on glassdoor and see what the benefits look like. - I only found a generic list created by Glassdoor which seems to be almost the same for all companies with no detailed list. However, I have noticed some valuable information in some reviews, but nothing yet on the most important benefits I need to solve my immediate issues. Any further detailed information by anyone would be a life-saver at this point.
-recommend thinking about what you can offer to set yourself from other candidates. - I will work further on this and practice for interviews.
