I am looking into getting back into Human Resources and wanting to see if someone is willing to look at my resume to see what needs improvement and possible word choices that need to be arranged. I am interested in at least aiming to get back into GS if possible.

Hello Elyna, I’m a veteran and a talent acquisition manager in HR. I’d be happy to review your resume. Please send to VWillisX@gmail.com
Elyna, did you know that as veteran the company that employees you is entitled to a tax credit up to $9,600. Most employers don't this either. I can show you what to add to your resume that will point this out plus how the employer can take advantage of the credit. Just send me an email to ramco1@verizon.net if you want to learn how. Anyone else reading this feel free to contact me for some guidance.
Warmly,
Bob
If you want another take, let me know, and i'll review it as well. -Jeff
Hi Elyna,
I'd love to help if you're still looking for another pair of eyes. Feel free to email me at megan.melosi@crbard.com and please include what type of roles you are looking for in HR. That can make a huge difference in your resume.
All the best,
Megan
Valerie Willis and to everyone else thank you so much!
Elyna
Will gladly review your resume -- perhaps with a different take. Some "different" resume advice at 212-careers.com
Hi Elyna! I've helped a number of ACP AdvisorNet veterans with their resume and their search. Email me your resume: Coach@SuccessSkills.com. I'll review it and give you my input. Jim "Da Coach"
Thank you so much! I'll look into those and a possible advisor since I'm wanting to get input if possible :)
Hi Elyna,
Thank you so much for your service and question! Since you you're currently working on your resume, I want to suggest a few articles and tools that you may find helpful. I really like https://hbr.org/2014/12/how-to-write-a-resume-that-stands-out
For more military-specific advice I would highly recommend https://www.realwarriors.net/veterans/treatment/civilianresume and https://www.resumeengine.org/.
If you'd like to have someone directly look at it, you can always ask an Advisor in our Community tab. From the options menu on top you can select Community, and it should bring you to a map of the United States: https://acp-advisornet.org/community/advisors
From here, you can click on certain cities on the map to search for Advisors. You can also search by company, industry, or years of experience. Once you find an Advisor that you think can answer your question, you can send them a private message.
If you need help with this process, please feel free to send me a direct message,
Best,
Yasmina
