Trying to get into a program that requires that I have a CV any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your service. While I do not have a template, I use the book "Expert Resumes for Military-to-Civilian Transitions" authored by Wendy S. Enelow and Louise M. Kursmark.
170 pages of examples of sample resumes and cover letters. Found my copy in the local library.

Let me know If you haven't found anything you can use and I can send you several samples. I'm not familiar with your area of interest, but most good CV's follow similar formats and have similar "rules."
