Any contracting jobs overseas with stable employment for at least a year or 2 is a desired place of work for me.
Answers
That would be on a company by company basis. But if you have an active security clearance, most companies that recently acquired government contract approval will hire you instantaneously.
Marcus, have you tried Northrop-Grumman Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, DynaCorp, Haliburton or KBR. I work as an Employment Coordinator for Hero 2 Hired and use these companies when service members are looking for overseas contracts. If you want to contact me I can give you the Employment Coordinator with H2H for your state and they might be able to assist you as well. My office number is 660-438-8808.

Google "Professional Overseas Contractors", the first link that comes up is a good resource and they currently have over 300 security positions listed.
You will have to pay to access the job listings.
Also look at shooterjobs.com (again, you have to pay to access the listings) and this site is more geared towards the former SF guy. However, if you have schools like SERE, TCCC, Gryphon, and a security clearance you'll be in the running.
Academi, Triple Canopy, Trident Group (maritime security) and other companies along those lines will more than likely have openings.
clearancejobs.com would probably be a good resource.
I know there are a lot more companies out there than that, but they are not coming to my mind at the moment. There is a huge company in England that does this type of work and they hire a lot of former U.S. Military personnel to fill positions, but their name escapes at the moment too. Once it comes back to me I will come back and post it back up.
