I read a few years ago that the VA was reimbursing vets for LEED classes. Is this still true and has anybody done it? I couldn't find anything specific on the VA website.

Hi Cristina - Veterans, eligible dependents, and reservists can seek up to $2,000 reimbursement for the cost of any LEED Professional Exams administered by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). Those interested in applying and learning more about the program and related certification benefits should view the VA’s pamphlet on licenses and certifications (http://www.gibill.va.gov/pamphlets/LC_brochure.pdf)
Veterans, eligible dependents, and reservists pursuing a LEED professional credential may be able to seek reimbursement for up to $2,000 in test fees administered by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). This program is administered through the U.S. Department of Vetrans Affairs (VA) through the G.I. Bill, which provides a variety of benefits to veterans, including educational benefits and loans.
Hope this is helpful,
