Being both a Veteran and an experienced professional, is it possible to mentor and be mentored?

YES, YES, YES. Who can understand a veteran other than another veteran? I have read many comments on this subject and they are very insightful Good Luck and get Going.

Hi Charles,

Absolutely. Many Veterans sign up as Veterans, but also offer advice on the site. Many of our Advisors are vets as well and sometimes ask for assistance on the site. I would suggest that you use your introduction paragraph to explain that while you are interested in offering guidance to fellow vets, you are still looking for advice yourself.

At any time, you can switch your account's status by going to your settings and changing the 'Which one of these describes you' toggle to 'I am a Veteran.'

Feel free to message me with any questions about this!

Best regards,
Ali
