Your local chapter of the PMI (Project Management Institute) can help put you in touch with organizations or people looking for project managers.

The Cities and Infrastructure division of Siemens is begging for qualified Project Managers. please check the listings at http://www.usa.siemens.com/en/jobs_careers/us_jobs.htm. Look for Assc. Project Manager - LOTS of listings around the country.
You can also look on job sites like CareerBuilder or Monster.com. You can search by specific job titles and also set up automatic job notications when a job that falls in that word search is posted. Engineering and Architecture firms would be the first places to start your search.
I work for URS, a global engineering services company. They have a significant presence in every state as part of our Infrastructure & Engineering Division. Recommend you post your resume on the site: www.urs.com
