I separated from the Air Force, honorably in 1993 due to President Clinton's downsizing. Since then I've worked in corporate america in sales. After getting laid off from my last sales job, I decided to change careers entirely. So I went to a vocational school to become a massage therapist. I now work with a chiropractor as a sports & rehabilitation massage therapist. I then got my certification as a personal trainer. I'm completing my BS degree in Health & Wellness. I will have my degree by the end of 2015. As a massage therapist, I've worked with the Disabled Veterans of America organization when the hand cycling team competed in the Redlands California Bike Classic annual race. I was also the sports massage therapist for the Jr. National Synchronized Swim Team as they trained in Riverside California for the summer of 2013 and 2014.
I have a passion for health and I want to help small to mid sized businesses create a wellness plan for their employees. I want to help them with nutrition and exercise. I also want to educate them about using supplements and other complimentary and alternative medicines, such as herbs, and essential oils.
