About Charles E.

I retired as a banking Vice President after a forty-three year career in the financial services industry that included over thirty years in human resource management. While actively employed I worked as a Regulatory Lending Compliance and Risk Manager, and was considered a subject matter expert within the industry. I worked comfortably within all levels of an organization, and developed strong regulatory agency relationships. I am customer focused, detail oriented and solution driven. My strengths include an extensive regulatory knowledge, disciplined work ethic, organization loyalty, ability to develop and achieve goals, a strong responsibility-accountability philosophy, and inspiring employees to deliver maximum performance.
For seventeen years I conducted training seminars, workshops and schools for: the Alabama, Florida, Michigan and Mississippi State Banking Associations, the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank’s CCR training program, and the Chicago Federal Reserve Bank. I was a frequent speaker at the American Bankers Association and Banking Administrative Institute’s compliance seminars and Audit conferences.
Although retired, I remain active in writing and publishing three business genre books, and assisting people in job search and self improvement. I am a veteran, USAF 1962-1968, a member of the American Legion, and a supporter of the USO, AMVETS and VFW programs.
