About Megan
Megan has over ten years of progressive experience within the field of Human Resources. She has worked in many functions such as employee benefits, training, acquisitions, and union relations. Her largest successes are centered on process improvements and building robust training programs.
Currently, she is working at Bard Access Systems as a Human Resources Manager. She supports multiple departments such as Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and International. Other responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of high performance management system, recruiting, and employee relations.
Megan’s educational background includes a Masters in Business Administration from Westminster College and a Bachelors in Management and Human Resources, including minors in Accounting and International Business, from Utah State University. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
In her time away from the office, Megan is an avid traveler and life experience collector. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially over a good meal.
