About Rebecca
I have worked for MetLife for 10+ years and have been in the training and development profession for 20+ years.
In my current role, I work closely with BAs who work on systems that support agents writing business with us; the communications that agents need to run their business; and the security around the system.
In this position, I have interviewed and hired numerous individuals. I have helped people on my team advance and move on to other positions. I have also volunteered to help others (outside our organization) write resumes and cover letters, search for positions on the Internet, and prepare for interviews.
I obtained my BA from the College of St Catherine's and my MA from the University of MN. Right after college, I taught in a business school for 5 1/2 years. My classes included English Literature, Grammar and Punctuation, and Computer Science.
