About Sean

Since Sep 2019, I have served as the Deputy Program Manager for the Advanced Technology Development Center, Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems. In this role I am responsible for the day to day execution of all program related activites. Prior to this position I served as the Director of Program Integration and Customer Relations for the Strike Division.

Previous Responsibilities:
I have 30 years of engineering, flight test and program management experience in the Air Force and Defense Industry. I served 25 years in the United States Air Force and in my final assignment was the Director of F-35 Production in the F-35 Joint Program Office before joining Northrop Grumman in August 2016.

Education:
I attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering and earned a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. I also earned a Master’s Degree in Military Arts and Sciences from Air University and a Master’s Degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College. In addition I am a graduate of the Air Force Test Pilot School.
