About I. Roseann
I am a Registered Nurse (RN) with over 12 years of nursing experience. My education is an Associates, Bachelor, and Master degrees in nursing. I also have an MBA. As a civilian, I worked in an Army Hospital, as an Assistant Manager, for over 3 years. I have been in the Army Reserves for over 3 years, and have been a Commander for a small unit since 01Nov2010.
I'd like to break away from the hospital environment, and work in an administrative capacity for the government. However, I want to stay connected to the healthcare field. A friend suggested working in Human Resources (HR). That would be great, because I enjoy helping people. However, my experience in HR has been in getting most of the services I am expected to offer. I'd love to learn what positions an RN with 12 years of healthcare experience, 3 years of managerial and administrative experience, and an MBA can be eligible to work.
