About Wes

I have been working in the multi-family housing industry (apartment communities) since 2003 and have found it to be incredibly rewarding. I started as a leasing agent with one of the nations largest apartment management company's and have had held many positions since that time that have afforded me an incredible amount of experience. I have done everything from sales and administrative work to property takeovers and community management.

I have many passions in life. Professionally I enjoy providing great customer service, comfortable and quality living environments for my residents, managing the maintenance and financial aspects of large apartment communities, and the overall commitment to serving people who need one of the most important things in life - a place to live. Personally, I enjoy off roading, cooking, movies, being outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

As a resident of Colorado Springs, and the son of a Deputy Commander, I grew up around military life. I have a strong commitment to those who serve our country and am excited to help those returning home find good, quality jobs they can be proud of. I am very detail-oriented, pride myself on follow through and project completion, and doing right by the people I interact with.
