About cathy

I have recently retired from an executive leadership position at Johnson & Johnson, the world’s greatest health care company. While my background is Research & Development, I also have significant Supply Chain experience and have served on the executive boards for Global R&D, Global Supply Chain and the North America Operating Company. As the head of an organizations of over 300 people, I’ve mentored across a number of disciplines and more recently have had the opportunity to help veterans translate their experience in the military to relevant terminology as they enter the private sector workforce.
