About Barry
I'm a Staff Sergent/Squad Leader in the IL Army National Guard who has been activated as part of Operation Noble Eagle & Operation Enduring Freedom. I have a Bach in Psychology and my MBA and 8 years of management experience with emphasis on Operational Management, Client Relationship Management, personnel scheduling and Staff Training & Development. I was recently laid off after eight years of employment as my boss found out that I was very softly looking for advancement, although I was seeking opportunities both internally and externally. I need to transition industries and am having a difficult time navigating the transition.
