About chad
I am a strategically-minded, collaborative leader focused upon adding the value and making connections. I believe work-life is rhythmic. Therefore, I approach work and life with a push/ pull mentality.
In my early professional years, I was a workaholic that “lived to work”. Though professionally successful, I was a one-dimensional leader because I only knew work. I had an epiphany driving home one night around 8:45pm in 2005. I realized my values were not represented by my time and actions. In 2006, I adopted the “Remember the F.L.A.G.” leadership framework to align my values and priorities.
I strive to be the best ambassador I can. I, obviously, represent my faith and family during activities. Additionally, I know I represent my other connections. Therefore, I pursue activities and interests that add value and increase my ambassadorial image. I enjoy mentoring and coaching others into achieving their best. I also enjoy activities like golf, swimming, reflection, and baseball. I have reconnected with my Scouting roots and serve as his Pack’s Outdoor Chair.
I want my ambassadorship to communicate service, collaboration, and purpose committed to bringing people and teams into excellence. I believe excellence must be modeled. If I do a task, I give my best.
