About Colleen
My name is Colleen Lyons and I am passionate about veterans and mental health. I hold two master degrees; one in Higher Education Administration and an MPA, Master in Public Administration. I am also a certified life coach and I am a lifelong learner. I am a registered mental health ambassador and I serve as a walking billboard for mental health issues. I love sharing my personal story with hopes to inspire others to openly talk about any conditions they may have.
