About Edir
I joined the United States Navy in 2008 and deployed twice to the Middle East. I served on the USS Ponce as a Quarter Master. After I was honorably discharged in 2012 I joined the Navy Reserves and attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree and Minors in Journalism and English. I expect to graduate in winter of 2016. I am working at PBS as a Video Encoder and would like to break into the world of the creative side media. I am interested in all platforms of media, whether it is radio, television, print, or digital.
