My name is Matthew Laswell, and I'm a Director-level Leader with 20+ years of diverse Commercial & Management experience across sectors within JnJ, with a documented track record at meeting the unique challenges & opportunities within the healthcare industry.

I've been leading teams for the last 18+ years and have a passion for talent development! Although I'm not a Veteran, many members of my extended family are, and I welcome this opportunity to do anything I possibly can to engage the Men & Women in our Armed Forces who so diligently serve & protect us and our country.

Outside of work I enjoy spending quality time with my wife & daughter, our extended family and friends. I also traveling, working out, basketball and golf.
