I have worked across several teams since joining Merkle over eight years ago. Initially starting in corporate services and then Strategy before moving over to Client Services where I now lead as Account Group Director. Expertise rooted in large scale and complex programs including Mercedes-Benz and USAA, coupled with unparalleled drive and passion -- proven to inspire and deliver superior and successful digital marketing solutions. Strategic thought leadership, data-centric analytical approach, exceptional management skills and strong client relationships have been essential in delivering top-notch customer satisfaction and continuous growth and improvement. Honorably served over 9 years in the United States Navy as an Information Systems Technician, First Class. Experienced in supervising and troubleshooting C4I systems in support of fleet exercises and real-world operations, and providing network support to U.S. troops and multi-national services. Military career included four years abroad in Naples, Italy working at both a NATO and a U.S. Navy command, Recruiter-in-Charge of the Navy Recruiting Station in Fayetteville, NC and Communications Division Leading Petty Officer-In-Charge aboard the USS Bulkeley during its 2006 deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. As a self-motivated and resourceful leader confident in making independent decisions in dynamic, fast-paced settings my results-oriented skill set and “can-do attitude” easily prepared me for the evolving world of Digital Marketing.
