USAF Vietnamese Voice Intercept Operator 1966-1970 (6990th). MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. For the past 23 years I have helped businesses use CRM, accounting/ERP and eCommerce technology to achieve their business goals.

When looking for a job, dump the books on how to find a job and learn how to sell--because that's what you're doing. You're the product and mastering techniques in networking, marketing, discovery, presentation, negotiating and learning how to shut up and listen are what successful sales people do. Part of this process is figuring out how to present your skills in terms your prospective employer will understand. How can you help them?
