I am passionate about helping leaders be successful in their roles. I have over 28 years experience in corporate roles leading talent management and leadership development functions. I now have my own consulting firm and provide individual executive coaching, leadership development and team development workshops. I also serve as a mentor to young up and coming leaders, help them with their career development. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business, a Masters in Educational Technology and am a certified executive coach.
