I joined the army 16 Sept. 2001 to be Infantry, I was stationed at Ft. Stewart, Ga in the 3-15 In. mortar platoon and deployed to Kuwait and soon after to Iraq. I did a total of 3 years active reaching the rank of Sgt. before getting out. I got out of active duty and came home and started running my parents land clearing and trucking business. I at the same time joined the Texas Army National Guard. With them I have deployed to Kosovo for a year and to Iraq for a year. I am now an acting 1SG for 1-112 Cav. I still do land clearing and trucking but my parents fell on hard times and had to sell the company. I love doing the trucks and want to start my own heavy haul trucking company. I have a 3 year old daughter that I have full custody of and raising on my own. She also loves the trucks and loves riding with me. I want to have my own business so I can be able to spend more time with my daughter and be able to take off to be there for any events as she starts school and little league. The little time I get not working of doing things for the Army we like love to hunt and ride 4 wheelers, I built a car seat so my daughter can ride with me and will drop anything to go ride.
