I am a husband, a father, a small business owner, and an education advocate. I am also an avid reader of non-fiction, a writer, a coach, and someone that is committed to improving myself through small actions every day.
My passion lies in helping people unlock the potential that they fail to recognize within themselves. This led me into the world of education, where I've been blessed to serve in a number of capacities that have provided me with a broad set of perspectives that inform my continued work in the field.
Throughout my career, I've had the honor of both being mentored and serving as a mentor to a number of youth and peers that I have known over the years. There is little aside from my family, that brings a bigger smile to my face than hearing or seeing folks that I have been connected to, on a path that brings a smile to their face and a purpose to their life.
The successes that I have been able to experience in my own life is due to learning from the many mistakes that I have made along the way. Nevertheless, each day brings new opportunities that I look forward to learning from and tapping into to help others avoid making the same mistake.
