About James
I am currently on active duty within the U.S. Navy as an Information Technology (IT) Manager/Information Professional (IP) Chief Warrant Officer. I have skill sets in various areas from Personnel Management, Cybersecurity/Information Assurance, Personnel/Physical security programs, and Project Management.
I have a MS in Cybersecurity and a BS in IT Management. Additionally, I am pursuing my Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certifications. My obligation within the Navy will end on 01 June 2021 and will remain within the San Diego, CA area.
