About Matthew
I have 6 yrs in the construction field. I work on all sorts of jobs to include ground up construction, remodeling and finish work. I was a skilled finish carpenter.
In the army I was a cav scout. I have done hundreds of raids as a team leader. My second deployment was a lot of KLE's and localized security. I moved to s-3 in the middle of my second deployment and got experience in the command and control aspects of military ops. I have organized and taught training events. I have gained a lot of leadership Experance but it doesn't seem to transfer over to the civilian sector. What do I do after 5 yrs of being a 19D and I have no desire to go back to carpentry.
