About Ronald
I am an Army Veteran of 22 years. My primary duties for my most recently held position as a Distribution Platoon Sergeant was to provide unrelenting fuel and ammunition support to both aviation and ground assets, while ensuring my Soldiers were mentally and physically capable of enduring the demands of combat operations. I also have experience as an Instructor and an Operations / Training Manager.
On May 15, 2015 I will graduate from the University of Maryland University College with a B.S. in Business Administration – Marketing minor.
My passions as a professional is to mentor others and to help develop team camaraderie. I feel that as long as I have the skillsets required for the position I am filling and the ability to motivate others around me to desire success, everything else will fall into place.
