My first job was tutoring students at my old high school as part of the Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) Program while pursuing a 4 year degree in Biological Sciences. I enlisted as an officer in the US Army after graduation and will complete 4 years of active duty this year. I have completed one tour overseas in Iraq and are looking to make the transition to civilian life this year.
